The Care Well Circle

The Care Well Circle Program is designed for the overall well-being of the company as a whole. In this program, we offer various components, including group therapy programs, support crew sessions, and workshops, catering not only to employees and managers but also conducting these sessions at our clinic on different topics. The primary goal of these initiatives is to enhance understanding, empathy, and communication among individuals, ultimately leading to improved harmony and increased productivity in their lives. Group Therapy is a therapeutic approach involving one or more psychologists who lead a group of approximately five to 15 patients. Typically, these groups meet for an hour or two each week. Some individuals attend individual therapy in addition to group sessions, while others exclusively participate in group therapy. These groups are often designed to target specific issues such as depression, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain, or substance abuse. Alternatively, some groups focus on broader goals, such as improving social skills and assisting individuals in dealing with various challenges such as anger, shyness, loneliness, and low self-esteem. Group therapy can also be immensely beneficial for those who have experienced significant losses, be it the loss of a spouse, child, or someone to suicide.

Benefits of group therapy:

Support Network : Group therapy acts as a support network and a sounding board. Group members often contribute specific ideas for improving difficult situations or life challenges and hold each other accountable along the way.
Perspective : Regularly engaging in conversations with others helps individuals put their own problems in perspective. Many people experience mental health difficulties, but few openly discuss them with acquaintances. It can be a relief to hear others share their experiences and realize that you are not alone.
Diversity : Diversity is another significant benefit of group therapy. People with different personalities and backgrounds approach situations in various ways. Observing how others tackle problems and make positive changes can provide a wide range of strategies for addressing your own concerns.

Support Crew:

Meetings are conducted twice a month, and new members are welcome. In these sessions, members share their personal stories and gain an understanding of each other's issues. This support system boosts morale and provides a platform for members to feel heard. It also facilitates socialization and the opportunity to meet new people, offering different perspectives on life's challenges.

Workshops:

Workshops are an integral part of our program. We conduct workshops on various topics, either at our clinic or corporate offices, as an effective way to acquire knowledge and understanding of specific subjects. Workshops offer tools and techniques to address interpersonal and intrapersonal issues. Our psychologists guide individuals in taking steps to address unhealthy behaviors and improve their overall quality of life. Our workshop topics include psychotherapeutic techniques, management of interpersonal and intrapersonal issues, personality development, parenting styles, self-care, improving self-awareness, work-life balance, and work-related issues such as workplace anxiety, job satisfaction, job performance, team motivation, and leadership development.
